All b9gane accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where funds are received in an alternative currency or via USDT TRC20, b9gane will convert such funds to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. b9gane does not accept liability for any exchange rate fluctuations. The displayed PKR balance in your account is the definitive record of your available funds.

The minimum deposit amount on b9gane is PKR 100. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your b9gane account within one (1) to three (3) minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take between one (1) and six (6) hours depending on the originating bank and transfer method. b9gane does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which b9gane accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the payment method used for deposit. b9gane will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to the satisfactory completion of identity verification. b9gane reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
b9gane is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9gane's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you into your b9gane account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
b9gane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not b9gane has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
b9gane does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond b9gane's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. b9gane will endeavour to minimise disruption and to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
b9gane reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where: KYC verification is outstanding or documents provided are unsatisfactory; suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected; a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; a self-exclusion or cooling-off request has been received; or b9gane is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
b9gane may permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Platform where: a material breach of these Terms has been established; your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months and the balance is zero; or b9gane decides, at its sole discretion, to cease providing services to users in a particular jurisdiction. Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon termination for other reasons, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.
You may close your b9gane account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method prior to closure, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
b9gane reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, b9gane will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the b9gane Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9gane holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through b9gane's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by b9gane from time to time.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
